Accenture Recruitment Process
The Accenture selection process has been provided for all aspirants. The Accenture hiring process is divided into four processes:
- Pre-presentation talk
- Aptitude test/ Online written test
- Technical round/ Coding test
- HR interview
1. Pre-presentation talk
There will be a pre-presentation talk where the HRs of Accenture will talk to you about the company. They will broadly cover titles like work culture, profiles, growth opportunities, remunerations, etc. At the end of the talk, there will be a Q & A session where you can clarify all your doubts. 2. Online Test
The online test for Accenture will be conducted on a platform called CoCubes. This has the Accenture placement papers in it. There will be 3 sections in this paper: Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal English. Accenture online technical tests are very difficult. 3. Technical Round
Candidates who clear the online test will be called to attend the technical round. There is no set of pre-defined questions that will be asked in this round. Any topic based on your branch of study can be asked by the panel of interviewers. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics.

4. HR Interview
This is the final round of the hiring process. Clearing this round will open your door to being a part of the Accenture team. Questions regarding your resume will be asked.
