IBM Eligibility
- Candidate must have 60% and above in X and XII
- Candidate must have 65% and above in graduation
- Maximum 1 year of education gap is allowed
- Any candidate with a backlog at the time of attending the selection process will not be eligible
- Candidates who have appeared in the IBM recruitment process in the last 6 months will not be allowed
IBM Recruitment Process
A lot of aspiring candidates apply for IBM jobs every year. The selection process will have four sections. The IBM hiring process is divided into three processes:
- Online test
- Technical round
- HR interview
1. Online Test
The online test for IBM comprises 67 questions that need to be completed in 100 minutes. These questions will be asked from cognitive ability games, learning agility assessment, English language, and coding. The details of each section and syllabus for the same have been provided below.

2. Technical Round
Once you clear the online test of IBM, you will have to appear for the technical round. This will be an interview round where the interviewer(s) will ask you technical questions about your branch of study and your previous project. There is no fixed set of questions for this round. Candidates should be ready to answer any type of question put across by the panelists. You might also be asked to write codes or solve case studies.

3. HR Interview
This is the last round of the hiring process. Clearing this round will open your door to being a part of the IBM team. Questions regarding your resume will be asked. Step 3: Enter your location in the space provided and search for available job vacancies
Step 4: You will also have to select your experience. (Entry-level, Intern, Experienced)
